The 2010 Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 16 at 7:30 pm at the Exton Elementary School cafeteria.
Ryerss Hunt By-Laws require the Board to hold an annual meeting of all homeowners. This annual meeting is usually held on a Thursday in the middle of February at the West Whiteland Township building.
All homeowners are encouraged to attend the annual meeting. Paper and electronic proxies are made available to those who cannot attend. All homeowners are encouraged to vote for officer elections each year. RHHA by-laws require that at least 39 homeowners attend either in person or by proxy in order for the annual meeting to be held.
